Nwachukwu Chukwukairo Okafor is an accomplished lawyer, serial entrepreneur, business manager and an international development expert. He attended St. Joseph’s Primary School Umunze from 1973-1979 from where he gained admission to All Saints’ Grammar School, Umunze. From All Saints’ Nwachukwu proceeded to Federal School of Arts & Science Suleja, in Niger State. In1985, he gained admission to study Law at the then Imo State University, now known as Abia State University, where he graduated with second class honors. He attended the Nigeria Law School in Victoria Island Lagos in 1990 and was called to the bar same year. He holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Nwachukwu, also attended certificate courses at the International Air Transport Association in Canada, where he undertook courses in Aircraft Purchase and Operating leases and Aviation Law, which he passed with distinction.
In 2021, Mr. Okafor obtained another Master’s degree from the prestigious Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University in the United States. He specializes in the area of Aviation Law and Practice, Agriculture, secured credit transactions, Global Value Chain Analysis, Corporate Governance and Oversight issues, Company law, Policy formulation, International Development and Consultancy.
Mr. Okafor joined the defunct Nigeria Airways limited in 1993 and rose through the ranks to the position of Chief Legal Officer at the time of the Airlines liquidation. He was instrumental in setting up several subsidiaries of Nigeria Airways Limited, including Sky Power Aviation Handling Company (SAHCOL). At the inception of the company, he became its pioneer Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser, a position he held until 2002. In that same year, he was promoted to the position of Chief Legal Officer in Nigeria Airways. He remained in that position until the Liquidation of Nigeria Airways in 2004. He bagged over 25 missions in his 14 years with Nigeria Airways Limited. Mr. Okafor, is an accomplished columnist and poet, whose articles and poems have been published by several local and international news organizations, he also blogs under the name of “The Global analyst via his face book page.
Mr. Okafor while working in the public sector in the United States acquired security experience and expertise in Access Control Systems working with Securitas USA Inc and later Sun States Security. His duties at Quintiles now IQIVIA a Fortune 500 company covered Access Control systems for the entire North America including Mexico.
Presently, Mr. Okafor, runs two companies in the United States of America namely; Bluecross Home Care & Health Services Inc., a major player in health care delivery and Angel Consultants Inc., which delivers advisory content and business solutions to clients in the United States and Africa. He founded many other businesses including, Angel Global Trading and Investment services Limited, Angel Avionics Inc., Miami Florida and Apex Security and Training Company Limited, bringing a wealth of experience and versatility to the affairs of Angel Consultants.

Chinonyerem Okafor is an accomplished business Manager and health care practitioner.
She started her career at BNB Pharmacy in London England. She has worked for Walmart Pharmacy, Carillon Assisted living and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at BlueCross HOME CARE & HEALTH SERVICES INC in Raleigh North Carolina.
She comes to Angel Consultants with a wealth of experience.

Transitioning to the role of Director of Operations, Christopher showcased his proficiency in organizational development and relationship-building. He established robust documentation management systems, optimizing task allocation and fostering strong team dynamics across diverse geographical locations. His adeptness in managing customs clearance, communication with carrier partners, and implementing cash-flow management strategies reflects his meticulous attention to detail and operational acumen.

Peter Adeyeye

Peter Adeyeye is a business strategist and development professional from Nigeria with over 12 years of experience in policy analysis, research design and program evaluation, project management and strategy development. His career in government, non-profits and the private sector spanned population and health, social equity, economic development and managing commercial real estate portfolio. He currently works as a Transaction Manager with CBRE, the world largest commercial real estate company, where he leverages data and market intelligence in managing real estate portfolios and providing strategic advisory. Prior to this, he was the Research Manager for Downtown Denver Partnership (DDP), a non-profit business organization in charge of building an economically powerful and resilient downtown Denver.
Peter has served as an independent Research consultant and led the evaluation of donor funded projects in Nigeria including working with a team to conduct a final evaluation of the USAID “Saving Mothers Giving Life” project in Cross River state in Nigeria. He was also a Research Associate at the Center for Public Policy Alternatives; a public policy think tank in Lagos that provide data driven evidence for inclusive development.
Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in Demography and Social Statistics at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, a master’s degree in Sociology at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master of International Development Policy at Duke University, USA. He is an alumnus of the Brown University International Advanced Research Institute in Social Entrepreneurship in Health and Humanitarian Innovation. He is also a Rotary Peace Fellow at the Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center and a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, USA. Peter loves traveling, hiking, and learning.
